Right, first let me say that I do not think this game is bad, I had a very good time with it overall. However, it was easily the most schizophrenic game I have ever played. It swapped so rapidly from one mood to the next. It wasn't really until you cross into mexico that the game really picked up pace IMO and (almost) settled on it's tone. However, it was easily the most  schizophrenic game I have ever played. It swapped so rapidly from one mood to the next. It wasn't really until you cross into mexico that the game really picked up pace IMO and (almost) settled on it's tone.

I also encountered my fair share of bugs while playing, mainly to do with movement. Sometimes I'd drastically change my orientation and completely mess up whatever I was trying to do. Some characters would just loose all audio associated with them and the only way I could tell what they were saying was with the subtitles.

The only thing I would label as a severe criticism is the game world itself, yes it looks great and the art direction is truly superb. However, it's just needlessly big, there was no reason to fill it with huge cactus filled voids that contain absolutely nothing.

Overall I did enjoy playing it, the later section of the game is definitely where the fun experience was for me.
