1,000 Posts

This blog post will be my 1000th post on Giant Bomb, so I thought I'd take the moment to reflect on the time I've spent here and put them in to a blog, it probably won't be much of a reflection since I'm actually quite tired... but oh well.

I heard of the site a while ago and watched it grow from the blog posts that Jeff put up in to the growing community it is now, I didn't join at launch as I thought the site needed time to boot itself up and get on it's feet. I stayed at GS for a few more months and watched the forums slowly decay day after day and decided that I'd had enough and I felt the need to find a community that wasn't filled with a huge amount of loller. So a little before the site had become a year old, I signed up for an account and here I am now. I had posted on other forums in the past, but this is probably the most active I've ever been on a forum. I've tried  to pose some interesting questions, pass news that wasn't already known and generally post good topics. I'm not quite sure whether I've succeded in that regard, but you're the ones to judge that.

I can't really think of much else to say other than that, I'd like to thank you all for the time I've already had here, and hope that it may become even better in  the time I spend here.
