i feel like posting my thoughts in bullet points so here:

Dead or Alive 5

• surprise, surprise. i'm excited for dead or alive 5
• Mila looks like one of the best additions to DOA5. she looks like the most unique character in the series to date in terms of play style
• yo, that train stage.
• the bikini thing still disappoints me to an extent, but i'll deal, i guess.
• obligatory boob comment, because apparently giant bomb still gets a kick out of that

Sleeping Dogs

• for a game that used to be called True Crime, it sure kicks ass
• speaking of kicking ass, the fighting in this game.. um, kicks ass
• the shooting feels kinda loose but the way that guns sound and feel are great
• the driving is pretty awesome too. running people over is fun
• the events right before the endgame made me sad
• i threw some lady into a trunk and drove the car into the ocean because she yelled at me. A++++ game

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive

• counter strike is still as fun and thrilling as ever.
• it works surprisingly well on the xbox with a controller. everything feels and plays great.
• it's lame that we don't have custom maps, but for 15$ on a console, i'm not complaining
• this game is an absolute blast with friends, and the crazy people on xbox live make it even better

Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge

• i hate Ninja Gaiden 3
• i hate pretty much everything involving Ninja Gaiden 3
• with that said, unless they're revamping the gameplay, story and everything surrounding those two things, i don't have much interest in TN rereleasing that game with more stuff.
• i know, story is usually throwaway in Ninja Gaiden games but when the developers themselves say that it's going to be a big focus, and it negatively affects the gameplay then they need to work on the story.
• they're probably not going to do that, though.
• some of the additions, like new weapons and upgrades look pretty cool but it doesn't make a difference unless the game plays better.
• so, apart from Ayane being playable again (even at that, she looks like she was ripped directly out of Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2), i have no real interest in this game. doesn't help that it's on the fucking Wii U.
• if i end up getting a Wii U, then i'll totally give it a shot.
• i'm saying all of this without reading that much about what the developers have to say, apart from Hayashi talking about burgers or something
• fuck, i'm going to play it aren't i?
• please be good. pleasepleaseplease.

Assassin's Creed

• finished the first assassination, already got bored
• everything surrounding the game is cool as hell though
• i'm probably never going to play this game again

Skyrim

• i'm never going to finish this game

Grand Theft Auto IV

• by far one of my favorite games this generation, and that's without even acknowledging the story
• the online is still absolutely amazing with friends
• speaking of the story, that was pretty cool too
• hey @Voxel, let's play online again sometime

The Walking Dead

• the walking dead is amazing, and everybody should go play it
• the story, characters and atmosphere are all absolutely outstanding, and is one of the best experiences of the year so far.
• seriously. if you haven't played it, go play the walking dead or go jump off a cliff.

Dead or Alive Xtreme 2

• this is one of the worst games that i have ever played in my entire life
• seriously. i can't believe how mediocre this game is
• it makes me want to punch babies
• fuck you, Itagaki

Playstation Vita

• it was cool for a month or so but now i never play it
• it has cool games, but i feel no incentive to ever boot it up
• i should probably get past the first mission in Gravity Rush

Macbook Pro

• i got a fancy new macbook for school
• relax. i'm taking a video class and they use macs so i figured it would be ideal
• as it turns out, it is totally ideal. i love carrying this thing around, or at least until i get robbed
• thanks everybody on giant bomb for recommending me computers.

College

• i don't talk about my personal life too often when i blog
• though just wanted to say that it's cool and badminton class is dope because i get to hit things around with a bunch of asian girls

Other things

• i'm going to a lil b concert on the 21st for some reason
• i can't believe how much gangnam style is blowing up. not only did it dethrone gee as the most viewed kpop video but it's about to beat it by 100 million views
• YEAH BITCH MAGNETS
