ItzLupo vs The Pro

Found out about this debacle from today's Penny Arcade which linked to this Joystiq article.  
 
Pretty much its gamertag "ItzLupo" decided to tell a moderator named The Pro about his "romancing" his grandmother at the end of a Modern Warfare 2 match, then decided to go on a minute and a half swearing session (all done like a 13 year old.) The Pro, being the pro that he is, banned him with a righteous fury.   
 
On the Joystiq article there are two videos, one talking about The Pro abusing his power, where they pretty much take out all the audio from the obnoxious little kid and show him on a post banning tear of what appears to him as being rude, where he's actually doing his job. The second video shows an unedited version where ItzLupo is clearly antagonizing 

the moderator does get a little too pissed off a little toward the end, maybe that was a bit unprofessional, but in the heat of the moment? Yes the man did exactly what he should have done. All other complaints aside crap like this, like this kid running his mouth, shouldn't be tolerated by anyone.  
 
A few days ago I asked the gamers of the world to do a little self policing, something I still stand by. I think on XBL we have all the tools to do that but given their policy of not sharing the eventual fate we don't know just how our reports are used.
 
Thank you The Pro and Xbox live moderators, we need you to keep an eye on this shit, the job you do is unappreciated and I wish there were more of you out there.
