The Last Guy, The Force Unleashed impressions...

I downloaded some demos the other day, The Force Unleashed, and The Last Guy. They were okay, The Last Guy was way more fun though, I'd buy it if I could, it was funny, and seemed entertaining.
The Force Unleashed, on the other hand, just felt "meh" to me, it was cool with all the Euphoria physics stuff-blowing the doors apart was cool- but the combat wasn't satisfying, and the targeting system was crap. Visuals were good, but overall I just think it lacked that feeling of power.
 Other than that, I'm counting down the days before school starts, I still need new trousers for my uniform, my shirts still fit, so I don't need to buy new ones, but I still need new shoes. I also need a new pencil case, my old one has fallen apart. My new backpack is cool, loads of zippers and places to stash my ipod and phone where no one would notice, and almost all my books fit. I just hope it's comfortable when my bag gets heavy. Not much else is happening really, though I do wish LBP would release at the start of october, how will I resist buying Saints Row 2, Bioshock, and Fallout 3? I guess I'll have to skip Saints Row 2, and get Bioshock, and LBP, then get Resistance 2, and Mirror's Edge in November. I don't know of any games I want that are coming out in December, so maybe I'll get Fallout and Saints Row then, and by that time the price should've gone down a bit here.  But then, I've got to pay for my phone bill, and maybe contact lenses, maybe I can get out of paying for the contacts, and I'll ask for Spore and Mercs 2 from my brother. So I guess that's not a problem.
