DMC4 impressions, dark knight and other things.

I beat Devil May Cry 4 a few days ago, and I'm thoroughly impressed with this game. Although a few bits felt cheap and repetitive, like having to beat each boss 3 times. I liked it, the cutscenes are amazing. My favourite is the one where Nero gets the Pandora-that one was epic! I don't think I'll be adding a full reveiw, I can't be bothered. But overall I really enjoyed this game, it's atleast...

But overall I really enjoyed this game, it's atleast worth a rental, I beat it within a weekend, but that's only because I had barely anything else to do. I gave the disc back to my friend today, I'll give him Bad Company next time we meet up.
I was going to see The Dark Knight last night, I saw on the internet that there were 30 seats left. I went to check if anyone else was going, and when I came back a half hour later, al the seats were GONE! I was so pissed, but oh well, I'll watch it some other time.
I'm going out to see if I can get a new game, or two, I'm not sure about Soul Calibur IV, too bad I can't rent games where I live, will there be a demo? I'm going to try to find a Blu-Ray version of Siren: Blood Curse. Right now I'm leaning towards Siren, mainly because I want a horror game, and I liked the demo. We'll see though.
Now if you've been hanging around the forums, you must've noticed that, apparently, Left 4 Dead is going to be ported to PS3 by EA. Will this be the Orange Box fiasco all over again? I hope not, even though I'm not too interested in this game, it has an interesting premise. We all know that Valve loves to bitch about developing for the PS3, and that's what really ticks me off, is that they dont want to adapt to changes. Well, didn't the same happen with the Saints Row devs? They couldn't figure out the cell at the start. And what did they do? They got support from Sony, and they hired a dedicated PS3 team. Here's a link to the article:http://www.computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=194369
Now, looking at how massively popular Valve's games are, and that they're owned by EA, you'd expect them to have enough money to hire a PS3 team, and get support from Sony. But why don't they? Look at games like Burnout, and Battlefeild: Bad Company, both games are from Devs that are owned by EA, and both are pretty much identical on both platforms. Why can't Valve do the same? I don't like to hate on one of my favourite devs, this just pisses me off.
End rant...
I guess thats about it for today. Any comments are appeciated, Later!
