Despite major criticisms presented by critics and fans, I clearly avoided any of those criticisms and played Fallout 3 to its fullest potential. Logging in for about 70-ot hours, I nearly completed everything in the game with the exception of collecting Bobbleheads which is a long and tedious thing to await for my lack of patience. After done getting mostly all the best weapons in the game and getting a chunk of the achievements, it started to wear down and I started to get bored with playing the game. When they announced news regarding about new DLC on Fallout, I was amazed and willing to pay 800 points to get each of them. Bethseda is clear that they will release DLC, around the months coming.

Now, the first DLC of Fallout is released, named Operation Anchorage and costs 800 points. A simulation of the Greatest War in Fallout history, so much the Greatest War that they dedicated a statue in the Western district of Downtown DC, on where you do one of the Wasteland Survival missions there. Clearly this is my first DLC besides getting some songs in Rock Band, and I clearly was anticipated for it, willing to drove all the criticism in the game and just go for it. When the DLC is finished, I then decide on which save I really want but then again I don't really care and pick my first character to get to Level 20 that screwed up in her stats/skills portion. Not to say my first character to get to Level 20 sucks, she has T-51 Armor and a loaded Vengeance and Fawkes still alive with her.

My save started in my Megaton house with no upgardes in it and everyone dead in the town. I went into the Wasteland and started to find where is the DLC located at, I started around west until I met some Brotherhood Outcasts. They don't look so friendly for some reason to me, maybe its because I wiped alot of them off when I went to Fort Independance for fun. After killing them mercililessly, something popped out like Oblivion style-esque like and it appears that there is a new marker. Plus a new radio broadcast appeared and guided me to Red Racer Facility in the west side of downtown DC. When I get there, there was a door to a underground subway where I fight some Feral Ghouls. Then upon going outside, I was met by one of the Brotherhood Outcasts whom is struggling to fight against the Super Mutants which I didn't recalled some of the units presented there. My first time going there, a bug/glitch struck me as I was fighting the Super Mutants, something accidenlty hit one of the Brotherhood outcasts and everyone was hostiled to me. At first I thought it was because they are already hostile at me at the start, and saw me but it was clearly a bug. After loading back, I defeated the Super Mutants and appeared in the Brotherhood Outcasts' base where someone asked me to speak to someone in the facility of the Brotherhood Outcasts base.

Going in the elevator which reminded me when I went to the Washington Monument for some reason. Somehow Fawkes isn't there with her anymore and I was in the underground facility, where a dude instructed me to follow him to the person I need to speak to. While following him, this base looks reskinned to look different but yet still weird to me. I finally talked to the person and he said to that they require my help because of that Pipboy I have to go into a simulation of Operation Anchorage. Which directed me to some Outcasts' Scribe whom told me to wear a suit and enter the simulation, I implied and stepped in, through the Tranquilly Lane-esque pod, I go into the past.

I woke up in the cold ledges in Alaska, where the sergrant directed me to infiliatrate and destroy the Artilley that is hindering the process of the US forces from Communist China. I impiled, at first I really want to

It feels like I'm really at this briefing room!go steath in this mission but then again my first character kinda sucks and it resorted in guns blazing. Trying to remember all the control schemes again because in the Wasteland, I don't have to worry about deading. Started with a silenced pistol and a lucky Trench knife, I opposed the Communists Chinese forces and annililated and destroy their artillery, that were striking on the American base. During these travels, I encounter a new weapon, the Geass Rifle which is a really powerful small guns which I used alot and also a new encounters, the steath-like crimison soldiers. The encounters I met,  I was surprised they hired Mandarin voice actors which intriuged me abit. Whom at first, I was stumbly running past them until I saw them, and they proved to be fairly easy. After destroying the artillery, I was met with General Chase and his assistant that told me everything about my new objectives. Assaulting three vital points the Communist stationed, which hilarity ensuses and the assistant was banging the General which is laughs for me.

The one new feature I get is to requistion forces and assign a customiable force for me, picking a sniper, heavy weapons, and two infranymen. I rushed to the Listening post, where I destroyed easily, the next part, surprised me as the Crimison unit ambushed as, and killed most of my strike team. Stupid me! As I take vengaence, I was teleported back to the American base, where someone is taking pictures with a squad to commorate this war. I changed my gear and went to the Chimera Post, where I was faced by a Chimera Tank, where I forgot to get Heavy Weapons for some reason and decided to throw grenades in it, destroying it. After that is done, the sergant and I went to the trenches where I faced Commies after communies of soldiers. Which I appeared to see their force field and disabled it. Charging in towards the final destination, the Fat-Men team destroyed the gate and I entered with some radiation. Uponing opening to the final scene, I was met by the Chinese General whom with my speech skill, he committed suicide, Which is a honoured thing on battle. Then I reappeared back to the Outcasts' base as the vault is open and I was there to get the spoils and lootz. Acquiring the special-like T-51 Armor, a sweet ass sword and a even sweeter ninja outfit.  One of the big bugs finally was realized as, everyone came hostile again to me again and I exited One of the best fights in the DLC, well besides the Communist Generalthe base and walked with Fawkes again.

My final impressions regarding this DLC was great but it has alot of bugs and glitches within the simulation. Jeff explained most of the problems I encountered too. Yet I enjoyed the simulation alot and really want to play it again. With a better character of mine.
