LOOK AT THAT THICK-ASS BEARD! DAWNG!!!!! At first when they first reveal a new medal of honour game, I think.... I wish they could stick with World War II or even other wars in that time period but like everybody else, they just had to make a modern game featuring the modern things that other modern games have... modern... Anyways, it was the whole geist of it isn't a modern day shooter but the character that you are going to be playing as, the Bearded Guy as this lingers in their marketing ploy in every single Medal of Honour video, currently. The whole validity of the cool looking beard looks like a cheap sell point - like trying to make this game into something it isn't - and expect it to be awesome. Medal of Honour franchise seems to be iconic for its main theme but watching these videos, I am disappointed that there isn't that theme that symbolizes the Medal of Honour. I just hope that they add that theme in because it wouldn't be a Medal of Honour game without it just some genetic modern day shooter with its title. Anyways this recent trailer is similar to all shooter-esque games, a cliche if you will - its starts off with a someone calling their wife and then it was reveal that the someone name is Patterson - the Patterson residence made me think that... which I assumed that its James Patterson from the original Medal of Honour (for PS1) and ironic because he may be like the Captain Price of Medal of Honour, being featured in this game from the grave of World War II. But I won't assume that EA is copying the COD formula of putting past characters into a modern-day era. During that , it flashes to Chinooks who are flying to their destination which the game is speculated to be in Afghanistan, landing and then flashes to the main title screen which is weird to put that there and well you know what's next like every shooter does, with a warzone and then pops up a logo of the release date - Oct 10 2010 - and that bearded looking guy with sun glasses show up and say ''whats up'' and leaves.
And Here's the Medal of Honour theme that SHOULD BE IN THIS GAME! YOU EA SCUMBAGS!
I love me some of this theme, especially the trumpet part and also especially if its orchestrated.... A symbolic theme for Medal of Honour!
