I beat the Dark World Final Boss in Super Meat Boy! My God though, that was tough! The only thing left for me now is to get the final 30 or something bandages and beat most of the warpzones. I also have several levels without A+ rank... I'll most likely never get the 100% achievement, but I'm happy just beating the Dark World.
