Capcom's delegation reaches 19 with Haggar's inclusion

Mike Haggar, of Final Fight fame, joins Mega Man, Jill Valentine, Ryu, Chun-Li, Ken, Guile, Leon Kennedy, Dante, Arthur, Nemesis T-Type, Akuma, M. Bison, Chris Redfield, Morrigan, Sagat, Amaterasu, Viewtiful Joe, and Claire Redfield as the 19th Capcom character to join my Video Game Hall of Fame. Next week's character will be a Mortal Kombat favorite.
