Doom was the first FPS I played. After that Counter Strike and the first Call of Duty were my jam. However the first FPS I enjoyed on console, and playing multiplayer was COD4. It was fast, exciting, and fulfilling. I played that game for hours. The games that followed engaged me less and less, and I eventually stopped buying console FPS games.
