Rebel Galaxy from Double Damage Games is the space shooter for the fans of Joss Whedon's Firefly who thought the writing and characters were too complex. The player's ship is stuck on a single horizontal plane and 2/3 of the weapons either auto-fire or auto-target but instead of oversimplifying the game it focuses the experience on maneuvering.
