Best arcade kart racer of all time. Highest skill ceiling, most rewarding game to learn. Still played in Korea, Taiwan, and China to this day. Has an item mode and a speed mode. Item mode is pretty whatever and not the focus of the game. If you want to play item mode, just play Mario Kart but speed mode... that is where the game shines.
