This is simply one of the best Star Wars games ever.
When you first get it and you run to your PS2 or whatever you instantly fall in
love with the game.
Rise of the Empire mode is the main story mode. The main story is highly
enjoyable. It consists of about 17 fun packed levels, each with about 5-8
missions. In the first part of the game you're the good guys just minding your
own business. In the second part you play as the bad guys which is pretty cool.
You constantly kill Rebels and droids and blow things up.
Capturing command posts gets pretty confusing on your first play over it but it
gets pretty simple after a while. Capturing these command posts are a key
importance in the game, so master it.
Instant Action mode lets you choose your battlefield, pick your mode and select
your time line. During battle you can select a captured command post to re-span
on and select your unit.
Galactic Conquest mode is a fun mode that allows you to set some settings and
take over the galaxy. It's like a board game. You move to planets to take them
over. If two ships meet on a planet then they engage battle. If they meet in
space they fight in space (I'll get to space battles in a bit). try and take
over the galaxy in this action packed mode.
After wishing and wishing, finally! You can engage combat- in space! Take over
the enemies and blow up their ships. Dogfight in X-wings, TIE fighters, Jedi
starfighters and other classic ships. You can land on enemy star destroyers and
destroy the enemy on foot!
Multiplayer mode- aka online mode lets you compete against real people to see
who truly is the best! Select a server and fight it out, or create your own
room and let people join yours!
Splitscreen mode lets you play with your friends so you can duke it out! This
mode also has Instant Action mode, Rise of the Empire mode and Galactic
conquest mode! Fight all out against fiends or family or play cooperatively in
the story.
And what people thought was impossible, is now not! Live the life of a Jedi or
Sith and cut people down with a lightsaber!
So I guess you've heard enough about this game right? Well then get it! Star
Wars fan or not you will like this game! And who knows? You just might fall in
love with it like I did! I still play it and I’m not sick of it at all! This
game is worth playing so play it.
