Ninja Gaiden II has not changed a lot since the last game. Heck, it's practically the same game you played on the first Xbox, although a bit more polished. Still it's a lot of fun to kill enemies in this action game using all of your weapons. It's fast, it's furious....and it can be frustrating. This may frighten newcomers, although there is an easier difficulty setting in the start. Actually, the insane difficulty makes every other game look like the Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, so that is a bit of an accomplishment. Nevertheless, the game is a bit short, and there is some word that downloadable content is going to be coming out soon. So if your a fan of the series, you'll enjoy it, but if you are unfamiliar with this kind of action game, you may just consider a rental at best.
