Luigi's Mansion 32019

1 out of 5 stars

Because I loved the original, I wanted to love Luigi's Mansion 3. I wanted to love it. I tried to love it, but I hate this game. I hate it with a burning passion. The bosses on this game are way too hard. Way, way too hard. When you reach the pianist ghost, you'll know what I'm talking about. I regret that I spent over $60 for this game. It isn't worth 60 cents. I hate to have to say this, but I really truly hate…

Space Jockey1982

4 out of 5 stars

On this game you appear to be the antagonist. You control a UFO and must shoot down airplanes, helicopters, jets, tanks, etc. I bought this game in 1983 and it's a great game. Great but not perfect. There are no levels. The game just keeps going on and on. On some game variations, you can only move your UFO up and down. But on other game variations, you can move your UFO all over the screen. I paid $5.50 for this at…

Escape from Monster Manor1993

1 out of 5 stars

I paid $30 for this game many years ago and I paid about $29 too much. In this game, you explore a haunted house while shooting grim reapers, spiders, floating heads, etc. Like Doom and Wolfenstein, you must find keys to unlock doors. You must also locate pieces of a Talisman. Two things suck about this game. It only has twelve levels and only one weapon. This is one of the worst first person shooter games that I've…

Doom2016

3 out of 5 stars

I certainly don't hate this version of Doom, but I don't like it as much as I hoped I would. I paid $60 for it and regretted paying that amount. It just doesn't feel like Doom to me. It feels more like 'Alien Isolation' which is another First Person Shooter. When it comes to Doom, I loved Doom, Doom II and Final Doom. Those games made me fall in love with FPS games. But I don't enjoy playing the new Doom as much. I…

Super Mario 3D World2013

5 out of 5 stars

This is one of my favorite Super Mario games and it's my favorite WII U game. A reviewer on Youtube said that when you beat it, you won't want to play it again, but that's not true. I have played and beat it at least three times. One great thing is that it gives even more levels to play after you beat it. Like Super Mario Bros. 2 for the NES, you can choose to play as Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach or Toad. If you…

New Super Mario Bros. U2012

1 out of 5 stars

I really hate this game. It is too hard. When I played Super Mario 3D World, I loved it. That made me decide to buy Super Mario Bros. U. That was a big mistake. I traded it about a week after I bought it. I traded it because I knew the more I played it, the madder I would get. Also, it's a side scroller. I can understand the Mario games for the NES and SNES being side scrollers because they weren't powerful game…

Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons2013

4 out of 5 stars

If you haven't played this game, you should. It's about two brothers who set out on an adventure to find a cure for their dying father. The cure is located in a tree. You control both brothers at the same time. The younger brother isn't strong but he can slip through gates and cages. On this game, the two brothers are constantly risking their lives to reach the tree that has the cure. If this was real, I could not…

Stick It to the Man!2013

4 out of 5 stars

I like this game so much that I bought a 2nd copy when my first one stopped working. It's both funny and entertaining. You must read people's minds and place stickers in certain places after an alien falls from a plane and hits you on the head. Like Paper Mario, everything and everybody appears to be made of paper. My only criticism is that it's too short. It doesn't take long to beat it. Also, it's not very…
