That is about all I can say about this game. The graphics, the story, the characters, the added visual bonuses that you get when you do things a certain way. The Euphoria game engine. Everything was made to click and it certainly did.
Although I won't give it a full 5 stars, its certainly warranted to get a 99% approval rating. Basically, that last .01% is determined by the down loadable content that was assured was coming. If they produce a decent download even including the smallest amount then I am truly happy, and the game is an absolute 5 stars/6 if I could give it.
The only remote thing I have a problem with is the Pop-ins/and the evident once fun multi-player. The multi-player is fun, but could have been done better. It's rather awkward and clunky trying to play team death match with the controls and current aiming system. However it is an amazing attempt.
All in all its the small things that matter, and the way the city lives and breathes throughout day/night is just simply amazing.
