This game was my first introduction to the DS. A few years ago, I thought the DS had reached its peak, based on some of the reviews that had been out there for some really great, innovative games. I had no idea the life of this system would be so long and remarkable.
Layton is a wonderful introduction to the DS. In fact, due to this game and a few others there is even a tiny adventure game revival on this system, in the vein of the old Sierra titles.
