A disappointment. An utter, utter disappointment. From the name, I was expecting some interesting 3D take on a Match-3 puzzler. Instead, I got 6 mundane variants on Match 3 with an annoyingly enthusiastic announcer attached to a tech demo to justify the $10 cost.
Let's talk about the tech first, since even the game's title emphasizes that. It, apparently, uses your camera to track your eyes and adjusts your perspective in-game based on that. I don't have a camera attached to my computer, so I can't test it out. I can wonder why they included this in a game using a 2D board. They may as well have included this tech in a game of chess. Why are they emphasizing this tech for a game it seems utterly useless for?
Perhaps it's to justify a $10 price for a game you'd expect to see online for free. The game has 6 different variants on Match-3 gameplay:
- Basic Match-3 Gameplay: Form a line of 3 or more gems with each swap to clear them.
- Try to clear all gems off the board by removing clusters of them at a time.
- Gems fall from the sky; swap gems to form lines of 3 or more & remove them.
- Move gems around the board to form squares & specific patterns.
- Same as #4, except you're only forming rows of 4 & new gems drop onto the board with each move.
- Same as #3, except you can change the direction of gravity.
None of them really excited me or struck me as interesting. In fact, they were actively annoying thanks to the cloying narrator praising you for almost every clear you make. "Unheard of!" "Amazing!" "A thing of beauty!" "Spaceship!" "You're the best!" He sounded like a yes man that wouldn't shut up. The female narrator acted the same way. Between the 2 of them, the boring gameplay, and my frustation over spending $10 on this, I quit playing in record time.

I can't tell if this is a tech demo or a con job to get your personal info through website registration, all I know is I feel like I've been had by this game. Avoid at all costs.
