Play Dark Mirror's sniper tutorial and then play Logan's Shadow sniper tutorial and you will see the difference. ZanzibarBreeze gave surprisingly comprehensive and fair review of this title, so I'll give credit there, but the conclusion he reaches that the game is bad is somewhat disappointing.
