The 3 week server problems, seem to have totally tainted this review. It's long since been sorted ( 6 months now), and the game has been constantly updated with new weather systems, tracks and cars.
Sadly, the GiantBomb review (either intentionally, or unintentionally) doesn't reflect this. Thankfully at least some review sites have the ethics to have gone back and re-reviewed what is essentially a totally transformed game.
