Overall this is a decent game, though it does have some big flaws. I played through the PS3 version. When you start out, the game is very impressive. You start the game as Darth Vader, then after the first mission you switch over to his apprentice. This game takes place between movies 3 & 4, if you watch them in order. As you progress farther through the game you get new and upgraded force powers, and more lightsaber combos. The graphics in the game are nice, and the force powers do a really good job of making you feel powerful.
This game is also extremely frustrating at times. The game is dumb easy for the most part, then some parts of it seem impossible. There's a huge difference in difficulty from scene to scene of the game. I don't mind a hard game, if it's consistently hard (see Ninja Gaiden), but this game's difficulty is completely bipolar. This game was also riddled with graphical glitches. The most common one being that I would kill an enemy and they wouldn't fall down, they would just stand there, but I would also get the occasional invisible enemy and other general flakiness. The camera angle is frustrating at best and the controls, though intuitive, feel clunky and not as responsive as they could be.
What this game does well, it does very well. It really gives you the sense of being a badass, and is generally a fun game for the most part. The fun parts outway the frustrating parts by far. If you have a console (they released it for pretty much all of them) then I recommend renting it, but I wouldn't bother buying it before you try it.
