I was bought this game by a mate through steam. It sat there for months while i played a bunch of other things until i was eventually harassed into playing it. I'm so glad I did.! This game has a happy knack of keeping you interested for 40 hours both story-wise (though probably not for the first half of the game) and game-play wise. Not to give anything away but it builds to a fantastic crescendo. If you haven't played this yet or are tossing up whether to before you play the sequel, do it! You won't be disappointed
