It's just all around great. The previous game I despised, but 2 got it right without changing much. The gameplay was much more bearable the second time around, which completed the game for me. The personalization, from choosing your words, to choosing your team, to practically choosing who will live or die, creates a living world that seems to say "If you were really here, this is how it would go down". Also, what an awesome end boss battle. It's very video-gamey, and I love it for that fact.
Amazing. The lack of depth in the story, which really couldn't be avoided, is what keeps me from putting it at number one. I personally enjoyed the way it ended as well.
Other than the usual Halo single-player, everything about this is better. Definitely one of the better Halo games.
I was surprised by this one. I often have a tendency of narrating myself in my mind through many life experiences, so the narrating in this often threw me off ( XD ), but this game had gameplay that was unique, and oddly addicting. The story combined with the gameplay created a game that kept me sitting through the entire game, from putting the disc in 'til the credits. Its DLC (at least the first one, which is the only one I got) progressed pretty much nothing plot-wise, and I didn't like that one bit. But still, great game.
This was my first real RTS, and I was hooked. It's compelling and fun. Still, I was uncomfortable putting it in my top 3.
Great atmosphere, interesting characters...just great. Love ya, Rockstar.
The atmosphere is amazing and creepy, and the puzzles test your mind. Fun times.
I'm not done with this game, but this is the first Fallout game I've been able to play without hitting a solid wall of "Wow, this is boring, broken, and empty." I'd also like to say that Yes Man is a great character.
I haven't played it (sadly enough), but I know I'd like and I believe it deserves a spot.
It's Call of Duty, with the best CoD multiplayer.
