Liked it, but wasn't crazy about 2 first clans and took a long time to unlock more. Once I did the game opened up for me, and then discovering MT1 clans became available to unlock WOW. The dailies are nice as well and so far keep me coming back nearly every day, would be nice to get some steam friends that do em.
It's great once again. Having a blast playing this. BL2 is my favorite game of all time, but after 3 this franchise went way down for me. With BL4 it's back to being great again. Seems a bit slow leveling up, but perhaps that will add longevity. So far not minding the grind to get that next skill point.
First hour I was complaining about the things missing, after that I was enjoying what is here. The game is rapidly being updated/patched with a roadmap of some cool additions listed as coming soon. Updates have made the game even better. It's a rogue (randomized perks, trap mutations, random challenges - each challenge on a specific map with specific weather or time of day) version of Orcs Must Die where you fight thru missions each mission has waves each mission you pick a challenge (3 options) and each wave you pick a perk (that lasts thru the entire run, a run is a series of missions culminating in a boss fight). The random challenges and perks (called threads) make each run a bit different and based on how far you got you get skulls you can use to buy traps, hero upgrades, trap upgrades, potential thread/perk choices for future runs.
Very early in, been a blast so far. Makes killing zombies fun all over again.
Not sure if this will leave EA this year (expecting no way), but I feel with the latest patch this is now a game I consider done enough and very enjoyable.
Katamari is always a joy, keep em coming. Get me into the action sooner tho and don't block my screen with the king explaining during play.
For some reason I didn't get into the original, barely touched it. Found the graphic environment blah and the platforming isn't something I really love in games. This one caught my interest right off, most say it's very similar to original so I guess if I ever manage to finish it then I'll have to give original another go. Definitely feel like I'm at a disadvantage not having played original much as my skills are worse than those that did and my understanding of mechanics. Well done on the sequel, made a game I overlooked originally into something I immediately found enjoyment.
Had a blast with this, then it crashed and I waited a long stretch for a patch. By the time it arrived I had moved on to other games and I haven't found my way back yet. Once, if, the onslought of good games dwindles I'll be back to this wacky world.
The starting music and ambiance really draws one in. Such hard hitting tones of emotion. Makes a beautiful game. I however don't find the game as addictive and amazing as many, do find it enjoyable though.
Good RPG, but doesn't draw me in like first did immediately (at least so far). Enjoy this world, wish they did a better job with this one, hoping they get another go at it perhaps with some fresh energetic devs/designers as I'd like to see more of this franchise and focus on the humor.
