Games released in the 00's that get consideration on my "greatest games of all time" list

When I put the controller down after finishing this game, I wiped away some tears and wondered whether I had just played the greatest game of all time.

I feel like all these games are so recent.  Amazing gameplay and perfect graphics make for one truly extraordinary experience.
