There are a lot of games that aren't long enough, and a lot that might be too long. This list doesn't necessarily mean that the game should have been longer by any means, in most cases it would only hurt the game as a whole. Some games are just the right length.
But then there are games that after you beat them you're like: "man... I really wish this wouldn't have ended, I enjoyed it so much." And it puts you into a sad mood for about a week, until you finally move on to something else. That's what this is.
(Also this isn't a list of sad games, or games that make you tear up, I'm talking about games you are legitimately sad about the fact that theres no more of the game to play)

This is number one. Obviously. Such a great game, and didn't get over it being done for at least a couple weeks.
The short length of the game doesn't contribute to it, it's the perfect length for the gameplay involved in it. But damn... If this doesn't get anyone into Silent Hill, I don't know what does.
A step away from the traditional RE, but damn if you didn't want more of this afterwards you're crazy.
I don't even need to type anything here.
Such a great entry in the series. And the fluid motion controls made you want more of this immediately.
Back when this was the only Halo out, you didn't stop playing it.
"I WILL MAKE YOU SUFFER!"
Obscure Rythym game at it's finest.
Back when this was the only 'Metroidvania" that existed, you wanted more... badly...
