What do all these games have in common? They're all first person and all make me want to toss my cookies. As a long time motion sickness suffer, these are the worst offenders I could think up. If you got more I'll add them

For some reason the HL2 series has given me the worst bouts of motion sickness. The nausea comes almost instantly. Never mind that I could not even bear to play any of the sections with the boat and had to skip them with cheats.
It's like any other FPS, except without gravity. Instaboot!
This series, especially the third one, over does it with head-bobbery and blur effects. Like a grenade filled with queasy.
At least in this one you can see your feet so you don't projectile puke on your shoes.
Not as bad as I thought it would be, but still a solid headache.
