Probably my favorite open world to date. The game is stuffed with little details around every corner that makes exploring it the best part. Loved the soundtrack and every piece of armor that I of course had to collect before i was done.
Everything I love about logic puzzles and automation in one, absolutely fantastic.
I wasn't expecting so much stuff to do in a remaster/remake of a ps2 game. The bosses are real obnoxious but the writing and overall game play shine.
I'm not the biggest Mario person but a lot of the homages to past Mario games really clicked with me.
I suck at fighting games so NetherRealm games are right up my alley. I'm also a sucker for character customization so the loot drops were a perfect carrot on a stick to get me to play more and get better.
Fun and mindless shooting but the way Bungie sounds like they're handling the game make me hesitant to want to get back into it too much.
Thimbleweed Park was great because it felt like it captured some of the feelings of playing through the original Monkey Island. The ending was kinda weak but the first two-thirds make up for it.
Only played the multiplayer so far but it's the same solid Splatoon as before. The new Salmon Run mode is way cooler than I was expecting it to be.
I was surprised how much polish and game play changes there were throughout the game. Adding extra little things like solving a murder mystery during a level helps make A Hat in Time feel like much more than the collect-a-thon game it set out to be.
Simple and fun local multiplayer that perfectly leans into the best parts of the Switch as a console.
