DVDs I've bought this year? ZERO. This was the year of the downloadable games (be it BIG or small).

Superb. Such a great and emotional story. If you look at it too hard, you'll see the strings, but if you just let yourself go, you'll enjoy it all the way through.
A labyrinth of subversive puzzles. Great music and fantastic graphics. Stellar.
The music makes this game what it is. Without it, it just... It wouldn't be here, that's for sure. Still, the gameplay's great and the "story" is intriguing to say the least. Good stuff.
Awesome rhythm game. Absolutely fell in love with its style. So charming and addictive. More! I want more!
Halfway through this one. Having fun. Not as deep as I would've liked it to be, but satisfactory.
BIG BO! Astonishingly good! And even though the story is cheesy, the characters are endering. And, well... Big Bo.
I've played Spelunky on the PC a couple years back. Then I waited for this release for quite some time. Played it, loved it as much as I loved the PC version.
Super Meat Boy 2012. Hard, addictive, silly.
Aww shucks! I just wanna eat you up, you're soooo cute! Great art, charming soundtrack/VO and an easy, intuitive gameplay with a lot of fun mysteries to uncover. Yeey!
I'm not that far into the game, but I'm having a BLAST with it!
