Alright, I know that this is an incredibly specific list to make, but I've encountered it too many times for it not to go listed. And I know that it sounds petty, but I have my reasons for preferring windowed mode over full screen. For example:
So here they are: the games I haven't gotten around to because of their selfish screen hogging tendencies. If one of these actually appears in a blog at some point, understand that everything about it was a painful mess, regardless of the actual quality of the game.

This one is DEFINITELY the game. I've tried it on two different systems with two different operating systems, patched and unpatched, yet Might and Magic VII steadfastly refuses to confine itself to an 800x600 window...unless I switch to 16 bit mode every time I play it. Given that it's also really effing long, this one is going to take a while.
Same with this old-ass CRPG.

This one's a bit strange, given that I have screenshots of the game on the site already. Understand, though, that this was a complete nightmare to get running in a window, editing config files and replacing .dll's just to get things the way I wanted. Well, at least I only had to do it o-

This is like some sadistic combination of Penumbra and Might and Magic VII. Sure, it'll run in a window. Just prepare for it to be a glitchy, crackly mess. You win this round, Hydrophobia.
This might be worse than Might and Magic VII. Hell, not even DxWnd can calm this rebellious child of gun bullets.
