This game is pure fun. It looks amazing, runs solid at 60 fps (not many games do this) but the level design is why it is my favorite game of the year. Especially the later parts that are in the Galaxy style.
The two best characters this year. I really enjoyed most of the combat, stealth and really good tension. The combat becomes way more uninteresting once you start fighting humans but the story and the characters is what kept my going. And that ending...
Brothers does story in a game best this year. The story is married to the gameplay so well.
Best multiplayer of the year. If this game didn't have any singleplayer it would still be one of my favorite games this year. The fact that the singleplayer is really fun doesn't hurt at all!
This game does story really well. I think it does it better than Gone Home. The story is connected to the gameplay. It is also a really funny game and I keep finding new endings, keep being surprised and delighted.
