FFVIIR is a weird remake in that it takes the premise of FFVII with the expectation that you're already familiar with it and what happens to the cast throughout the original game. I can't even imagine what the story looks like to someone who has not played the original game. The game's lack of interactivity in its world is its biggest shortcoming. 4/5
Streets of Rage 4 is an ok beat'em up, but its insistence to be first and foremost a nostalgia trip without trying to innovate at all illustrates why the genre is dead and why it took over 20 years to get a new game in the series. 3/5
