After dying to the Souls-style 'enemy you're probably going to die to' boss in the opening 'tutorial' run, my next three runs all ended with a softlock at the World 1 boss. I uninstalled the game, and I would've refunded it if I wanted to deal with Sony's support. I didn't even buy it until six months later when they finally added a mid-run save, and even now, there are plenty of results on google about the boss softlock dating from launch all the way to the end of the year. I've never been angrier about a game purchase.
