Tight, hilarious, smart, just the most 'fun' game I have played ever. Bar none.
There has never been a game so deliberate, in every sense of the word - save for the original Portal. Every aim has been met.
Development hell aside, this game nails 'Police Procedural: The Game.' Which is all it needs to do, for the third game on the list.

God damn it, Kill Confirmed is the best shit to ever happen to Call of Duty. I didn't want to get sucked in, but I'm hooked.
