2019: Games I've Played

Another weird year for games. I don't have alot of time to play anymore, so if a game isn't good, I just stop playing it and move on. It doesn't help that the Games-As-A-Service model just doesn't appeal to me; I really miss single player games.

I do have a few games in the backlog that I'm looking forward to playing:

  • Borderlands 3 (waiting for performance patches first)
  • Red Dead Redemption 2
  • Legend of Zelda - Link's Awakening

Showing 1-4 of 4 items

Katamari Damacy

1. Katamari Damacy

[Done, played on Switch]

Super Mario Maker 2

2. Super Mario Maker 2

[Played a good portion of the single player "campaign"]

3. Control

What a return to form for Remedy. I loved Alan Wake, and this is just such a better all around game. It oozes with atmosphere and campy storytelling as always, but the focus on gameplay is what makes this my favorite Remedy game ever... if not one of my favorite games of all time. So very, very good. [Done, played on Xbox One X and some on PC w/RTX 2080 Ti]

The Outer Worlds

4. The Outer Worlds

A better followup to Fallout 3/NV than Fallout 4. So happy these types of games are still being made <3 [Done, played on Xbox One X]
