Wow... I've played alot of games this year, especially when you consider the amount of DLC that I've played through for each title. Examples included Red Dead's Undead Redemption and all the additional Mass Effect 2 content.

Finished the main campaign just after the new year. A great game that I'm STILL playing now (still looking for collectibles and playing through user created levels).
Started playing ODST before vacation, and I was almost finished (on the final escort mission) before I got my PS3 and my LBP obsession started. I finished this off in 2010 after finishing the LBP main campaign. Wow, notice that I'm referencing Little Big Planet more than ODST in this description, so I guess that (doesn't) say much about ODST.
Finally (and almost accidentally) finished the campaign. :)

Wow, three weeks into 2010 and I've finished 3 games (as well as playing quite a bit of LBP:PSP as well!). Uncharted 1 is a fantastic game that still stands out magnificently after 3 years. I have a few complaints about it -- primary that the combat isn't as fun as one would hope, with just-one-too-many waves of enemies thrown at you -- but the story, characters, exploration and polish are so amazing that it only brings the game down from magnificent to great. It's not a bad thing to be _just_ a great game. I'm pumped to see what Uncharted 2 brings to the table.
I was expecting how over the top amazing this game was, and it delivered. The story is even better than the first, the cut-scene-but-not-cut-scene sections are amazing, and the actual shooting is fun and has "weight" now. There are a few things that I didn't like about it: I had a PS3 crash towards the end of the game, there would be times that I died and it pushed me to the next section (that I hadn't reached yet), and some exploration puzzles that were not obvious (hint: "Go through the window" -- I'd love to, thank you very much, but it's been 20 minutes and I still don't see the way to go) It's only because the game is so polished that it makes these few issues stand out. It's definitely deserving of 2009's "Game of the Year" title as there is nothing on the market quite like it.
UPDATED 09/14/2010: Completed Overlord, Shadow Broker and Firewalker DLCs. The former two (Overlord and Shadow Broker) are fantastic expansions to a great game, although they are a bit expensive for the 1.5-2 hours of entertainment they provide per pack.
And then we come to Mass Effect 2, which takes everything from Mass Effect 1 and makes it even better. I can't say anything bad about it, other than the story didn't seem as grandiose as Mass Effect 1.
...Actually, I played through it twice and started over from scratch the second time. I loved it just as much the second time. Awesome game. If I had to chose from any of the above games (incl. Uncharted 2) as the best game I've played so far this year, the honor would go to ME2.
DLC Packs: Overlord, Shadow Broker and Firewalker
I was worried about Heavy Rain when I first started to play it. The voice acting leaves something to be desired, and the demo seems to feature some of the worst instances of it. By the end of the game, you're so immersed in the story that all of its bigger faults -- the aforementioned voice acting, unwieldy walking controls (!) and occasionally frustrating camera angles -- all fall to the side.
DLC Packs: Specifically General Knoxx expansion. Awesome stuff, played through twice (on both playthrough 1 & 2)
Yes, I've finished it twice before, but leading up to Halo Reach I ended up playing Halo 3 /again/.
