I don't think any open world racing game has crammed so much at one time. The depth and breadth of the customisation was and still might be unmatched. You could customise things you didn't even know you wanted to customise. The color of the nos that sprays out of your car, the stereo layout in the back of your car, a teddy bear speed gauge!?
