What can I say, one of the most mature and well written video games this generation, a game that offers genuine beautiful moments between characters and emotional responses from everyone that plays it. All I can say is that the game has heart and is truly a special experience that everybody should play at least once. One of the most memorable games on the PS3. * * * * *
The definitive Rockstar experience of the generation comes in the form of it's flagship franchise, this game combines elements from all their best games of this generation (and boy there are some), and smashes them together to from a almost impossible to avoid package that every gamer should own. Well Earned * * * * *
(PS4) One part Assassin's Creed, one part Pirate Game Best open world pirate game. The Assassin's creed side is kind of lacking but the other side just rocks and carries the whole package.
A solid showcase of the PS4 with amazing visuals that will surely stand the test of time. I enjoyed some of the missions and moments in the single player but I agree it's not quite as good as KZ2. The Multiplayer is what kept me coming back again and again and I ended up spending a lot of time in it.
(PS4) Great graphics, massive scale, amazing sound and feel. One of the better FPS games of the year if you are into Multiplayer.
Great game overall, but it did leave me a bit unsatisfied, clearly what was showed in the trailers hyped the game way to much. It still provided a great experience, I played it mainly stealth but I was not afraid to use my extended arsenal from time to time just to spice things a bit.The game is smart and it shows at some points, other times it just feels like things could have been better. Still I did not experience all the content residing in the package, the commentary from the devs was a nice addition to this version. Solid * * * *
It foregoes the immersive sim roots of the original for a more straight forward linear shooter romp, which is ultimately it's weakest choice. However the new setting and story do elevate it back to greatness.
One of the better reboots out there. Enjoyed this new take on Lara and her adventure.
One of the best Stealth games I played on the PS3, Splinter Cell is a great blend of old and new stealth mechanics. The only real complaint I had was the voice and facial change of Fisher, but even that didn't matter after playing for a while. The Story is pretty forgettable but had potential, and the multiplayer I didn't play but it sounds good enough. It's a full package, well worth the money spent. Solid * * * *
A game that avoided development catastrophe and became a fan favorite . Entertaining, cool, badass it's crazy how far Raiden has come since his debut in MGS 2. There hasn't been a game that has done the whole "cheesy but cool" as good since Resident Evil 4.
