Universal Paperclips
Universal Paperclips is a browser game where the player takes on the role of an AI tasked with creating paperclips.
Universal Paperclips is a clicker/idle game in the vein of Candy Box and Cookie Clicker. As the player accrues more of the game's numerous resources, the game unlocks new options and evolves. Based on Nick Bostrom's Paperclip Maximizer thought experiment, the AI, controlled by the player, eventually consumes all matter on earth and the game moves on to space. Universal Paperclips was made by developer Frank Lantz (Person), previously known for his work on the smash-hit mobile game, Drop7 (Game).
