Twitch, the Plague Rat

Overview

Twitch was the result of deep alchemical pollution from the runoff of the city Zaun. While it is large and expansive, the waste from its laboratories and factories spew into the subterranean levels; respecitvely, Twitch rose from the sewage. While he advanced physically, his mindset suffered and made him quite insane.

Twitch has joined the League of Legends to represent his city of Zaun. He also wishes to recreate the process made him a sentient being so he may rapidly evolve his brethren. While Zaun agrees to help Twitch with his plans, it's a mystery as to what Zaun's own motives are.
