    Best PS1 Skateboarding game... EVER!!!

I love Tony Hawk's Pro Skater. It's what got me (and thousands of other people) into skateboarding. It is one of the greatest Playstation 1 games.

If you have played only more recent TH games, and then play this one, it may be hard at first. You can't do manuals, spine transfers, reverts, get off your board and a few other things, but that shouldn't take long to get used to. The controls are easy, but balancing can sometimes be tricky, since there is no balance meter.

The level designs are great, all of them are extremely well made. Some of the most memorable TH levels are in this game, like the warehouse (re-named "training" in THUG 2), School I, Mineapollis and Roswell.

The soundtrack, is small, but very good. In the PS1 version, there are full songs, but in the N64 version, some songs are incomplete, and all instrumental (because of the size of the N64 cartdrige).

If you like skateboarding, you'll like Tony Hawk's Pro Skater.
