My favorite Zelda game would probably be Ocarina of time or perhaps Majora's Mask. What is your favorite Zelda game?
The Legend of Zelda
Nintendo's flagship fantasy action-adventure series created by Shigeru Miyamoto and Takashi Tezuka in 1985, the Zelda series is the source of many revolutionary gameplay conventions, and continues to be one of the most popular and critically acclaimed video game franchises of all time.
Your favorite Zelda game.
Link's Awakening. It was the first video game I had and was packed with a Game Boy Pocket. I had great times with that game.
For me it's a toughie between Wind Waker and Link's Awakening ('98 GBC release), not sure if I can choose :)
Oh god, I must respond to this.
Ocarina of Time was the best in terms of experience, my little mind was blown.
Link to the past because its amazing and my first Zelda title ever.
Majora's Mask because it was so weird yet so Zelda and such a mature and strong story.
Wind Waker because its the magical interactive cartoon we always wanted, amazing graphics and superb story, save for the Triforce Scavenging.
Link's Awakening was also great because it had great dungeons and a cool ending.

The purists will say it's A Link to the Past.
The connoisseurs will say it's Majora's Mask.
The rest of the world will say it's Ocarina of Time.
It might be Oracle of Seasons.
Links awakening. Beats all the rest in my opinion.

This, but I can go with original GB version too.
Zelda 2: The Adventure of Link. Yeah, I went there!
No, seriously, it's probably Majora's Mask. I haven't played it in forever, and haven't gone back to it for fear it won't be as good as I remember, but it's probably the one I remember most fondy.
Zelda 2 is seriously fun though.
I'm going to go with Links Awakening and Oracle of Seasons mostly out of the nostalgia I have for them. Recently I was a bit unsure on how I felt towards the series, then Skyward Sword came out and reinvigorated me. There is still plenty wrong with that game but there was definitely something in that game that made me feel like a kid again. If Nintendo can give the next Zelda game everything Skyward Sword had plus worthwhile sidequests and a world with some exploration then I really think they will have crafted the best Zelda game to date.
Let me blow your mind then and say Wind Waker.Come on SexyToad this thread has been done so many times.

Personally, I like the GB version; I think the whole greyscale thing enhances the dream-like nature of the game.

This pretty much mirrors my sentiments. Only I guess I need to finish Link's Awakening at some point. And I didn't dig Majora's Mask at first. It didn't click with me until I went back much later and started over from the beginning.

...and that opening movie was so good!
My favorite is probably Majora's Mask, but objectively I'd say Ocarina of Time is a better game. Objectively I would also say A Link to The Past is tied with Ocarina, but I don't like it as much as either. I've really enjoyed my time with all of them though.
Twilight Princess, and don't accuse me of liking it the most because it was my first Zelda game. It wasn't. Majora's Mask was my first. Link to the Past was really good as well.
I used to really like Zelda 2 but I dunno, I've played enough of it for a lifetime.
I feel like I need to give Wind Waker some love, because at the time I wanted so much for it to properly tie itself together with OoT and establish a timeline that I dismissed a lot of the other cool things it did. Why does the Deku tree look all different? Why are they koroks instead of kokori? Why is Ganon's pig form so silly? Why can't I dive in this water? Viewing it on its own, without comparing, was way better it turns out.

You guys are gonna destroy me but...... Twilight Princess, it was the only one I had enough interest to play, and finish, I really enjoyed that game.
Twilight Princess is the best! Don't let the haters get you down!
Mostly likely Link's Awakening, but The Adventure of Link and A Link to the Past were also pretty awesome.
Ocarina because it was the first Zelda I owned and played through to completion and I'm a nostalgic person. Though Twilight Princess is probably the best all around 3D Zelda game I've played where as Majora's Mask is the most creative. I'm really out of my element talking about the 2D Zelda games.

Zelda. The original. I played it at age 12 when it came out. It changed the way I looked at games. It was an earth shattering experience. I spent every waking moment for 3 months thinking about that game.
This
except for being 12 when it came out.
OoT was awesome, but man the original Zelda was so completely new in playstyle and amazing it is nearly impossible to describe how exciting that was.
- The Wind Waker
- A Link to the Past
- Skyward Sword
- Ocarina of Time
My least favorite is Twilight Princess, it felt so bland and uninspired.
