    Overview

The Games: Summer Challenge, or simply Summer Challenge, is an Olympics-inspired multi-event sports game developed by MindSpan and published by Accolade in 1992 (when the Barcelona Summer Olympic Games were active) for DOS and 1993 (when nothing was active) for Sega Genesis. Players can train in any one event or attempt to take on the whole tournament with any number of human-created athletes against CPU competitors of three different difficulty levels (Amateur, Professional, World Class).

    The eight events include:

    • Archery
    • Equestrian
    • Kayaking
    • Hurdles
    • Pole Vault
    • High Jump
    • Javelin
    • Cycling
