The Fourth Colossus is the fourth enemy fought by Wander in Shadow of the Colossus. Like the game's other Colossi, it is a large golem that appears to be at least partially constructed from stone. This Colossus resembles several varieties of ungulates (hoofed mammals) including deer, horses and the mythical qilin. It can be found sitting in a grass-covered alcove to the southeast of the Shrine of Worship, where it watches over a nearby burial mound. The tomb has four entrances arranged in a cross shape which are connected by subterranean tunnels. Although Agro is available for this battle, her participation is not required to defeat the Fourth Colossus.
Wander must use the burial mound's tunnels in order to lure the Fourth Colossus close enough to one of the entrances so that it will peer inside. As the creature stoops down to investigate, Wander can climb onto its back or its lowered head to begin scaling it.
