Overview
Sword of the Black Stone is an action-adventure game involving Sanie the barbarian, who inadvertently resurrects a dark god by pulling a cursed sword from its sanctuary. The player takes on companions and finds new equipment in the service of defeating this god and bringing peace back to the world. Though an obscure game made with a minuscule budget, Sword of the Black Stone has found some moderate success in the speedrunning community, and was featured in the AGDQ 2020 event.
