    Supreme Ruler Plus was developed by George Geczy in 1982, a text-based strategy video for the Radio Shack TRS-80 computer.  The game was turn based and allowed players to control domestic policies and raise armies for their nation then send them out to conquer other nations.  Weather was a large factor in combat resolution.   George Geczy went on to co-found BattleGoat Studios, a software development company, with the goal of continuing the Supreme Ruler franchise
