Be Warned - the rules

• I would like this to not get closed for youtube spam. It is vary important that if you do post a video you are REQUIRED to write a blurb or few sentences to allow some context for your video.
  
• Also refrain from posting every video you save to your account here, keep it to just keep it to your highlights.   
  
• Lastly be nice, It takes guts to put your stuff out there so don't be a jerk.

I got to try out 3SOE at my local tea shop which had a PS3 hooked up to an Astro City. Luckily the internet was good enough to run matches online especially this one.

Great idea, i can't wait to see what comes of this.

Let's see how many Ken videos we can get in here.

I might as well just post this. It's not a GREAT match. But I think it's still good.  I'm the Akuma if anyone is wondering.

Some casual matches between myself, yatesisamazing and jaycee13 aka Worst Q. I'm trying to improve with Urien atm because I like the way he plays but he isn't all that easy to get to grips with.

@TechHits: Great idea! Looking forward to seeing some crazy matches.

You should give it a shot, I find if you put it in wide screen it's not as bad. 

I'm still getting use to third strike. Not having my links anymore kinda makes me sad but I'm adjusting. I'm practicing the timing of parries in most of my matches so that's why I get hit with a bunch of fireballs in the first round. The stricter inputs are also giving me a little trouble as I missed a couple opportunities for my EXMGB.

Remember this. Target combos and hit confirms. Check out the Dudley player Kokujin.

Loving all these vids. I'm not all well invested in the fighting genre and I mostly watch, though 3rd strike is hands down the most fun to see all of those frames flow. I'd get 3rd strike myself if I wasn't already hiding the upcoming Autumn stash for the fuck load of everything from September - November.

Here's one of my first Ranked matches as Ryu. I know I'm horrible as I'm still getting used to SF3, but I was stoked at the (lucky) comeback at the end.

  I was freaking out near the end of this one.

What's up guys, so I had some games against some Giant bomb members todaay. Let me tell you the results where varied. Started off by playing VicRattledHead, and I don't want to talk about it, it's still to soon. Then I had some matches against joeyoe31 and I managed to scratch out a win. I was particularly proud of this one.

Me vs a Ken. I had to think a lot more during this match because this guy actually knew how to parry. I also jumped a lot, probably because I was panicking but ended up getting lucky at the end.

I had a match with my friend as Sean and he was using Chun-Li, and in the last round, he landed his SA (The one Daigo parried), but I shot a basketball beforehand, interrupted it right before time ended, and barely won by a tiny margin of health. I then proceeded to turn my 360 like an idiot, and now it's lost forever. Now that I beat Bastion and Outland though, I should be contributing to the Third Strike forum soon so hopefully I'll have some highlights for you ladies and gentlemen.

@mubress: i think hes far better than SSF4, once you have meter you can rack up loads of damage quickly and you have a 50/50 on a knockdown which both can lead to super... if you have meter and you have the person in the corner with dudley there pretty much done... last tier list i checked he was beside ken

@mubress: I'm not sure. I feel like they are about the same, just different. Maybe the third strike version is a little better because of how much more meter he can get. Ducking is a little less useful to dodge fireballs with but you can just parry anyways. I mostly just miss my links, it's like they traded his setups into super in third strike for link combos in SFIV which can lead into his ultra 2.

I would really love to keep this thread alive. I know that there is a ton of fantastic SF players here on Giant bomb, and I for one genuinely want to see your stuff. To keep things rolling here is a match between myself (Yellow and black Sean) vs another Sean player. This was a first for me as running into  legit  Sean players online is not that common.  
  
  

My first win against a Remy player in a Ranked match. That might not sound like much but he is becoming the bane of my 3rd strike life I swear......

@mubress: Good match. I have played some vary tricky Remys before, I agree they can be a pain.

Couple replays of me bodying a friend of mine who thinks he's good at fighting games. I sure showed him!
