Spy vs. Spy
Spy vs. Spy is a classic comic strip from Mad Magazine. In it, the White Spy and the Black Spy try all manner of traps and gags to kill each other.

In Spy vs. Spy, there is rarely a clear winner, as it is often a double K.O. or the spy dies on his own trap. Everything imaginable is used to try to kill the other spy, from customized gear, to simply painting a bear to look like a snow man. One common theme is the Spies' antics often causing massive collateral damage. This strip was originally created to satirize the cold war.
