Trivia

• This is the 3rd and last island unlocked on Grand Theft Auto 3. It is the residential district containing mostly grassy hills, mansions, a river, the airport and also some high rise flats. There is Cartel gang activity around the mansions, and one of these mansions is featured in the game's climax.
• The airport is called Francis International but other than the name, it holds no similarities to the airport in Grand Theft Auto 4
